Drew R. Harper

Associate

Drew is a member of the firm’s business, acquisitions, and securities practice group, where her work focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. 

While at the University of Michigan Law School, Drew gained practical experience as a student attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where she provided transactional legal services to nonprofit organizations and small businesses. Her work at the clinic included contract drafting, trademark filings and entity formation. Drew also served as a research assistant to a business law professor at the Ross School of Business in order to further develop her understanding of corporate legal matters.

Drew is a licensed real estate salesperson through the State of Michigan. In her free time, Drew enjoys trying new group fitness classes.

Dinsmore attorneys advised Fisher on all aspects of the transaction, including the sale of the business, deal structure, tax considerations, employment matters and corporate issues.
