Alex focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters. He received his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. While in law school, Alex interned for Justice Patrick DeWine, where he gained experience researching and submitting recommendations regarding the merits of cases before the Supreme Court of Ohio. He also served as a transactional intern for the Ohio Northern University Legal Clinic where he drafted organizational documents for local non-profit organizations.
