Dinsmore has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Finance and Banking associate in our Columbus, Ohio office. This position requires two to four years of experience with commercial finance and real estate development. Health Care Associate Cincinnati, OH

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a health care associate in the Cincinnati, Ohio office.  Candidates must have a minimum of five years of health care regulatory and transactional experience. Experience with state and federal agency audits and investigations and FDA compliance in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries is preferred.

Litigation Associates San Diego, CA 

Dinsmore has an immediate need for litigation associates in the San Diego, California office.  Candidates must have 2-8 years of general commercial litigation experience, including experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial. Familiarity with the California and federal court systems is required. Intellectual Property Associates Detroit, MI

Dinsmore has two immediate opportunities available for Intellectual Property Associates in the Detroit, Michigan office.

The first opportunity requires a mechanical engineering background and a minimum of 3 years of experience drafting patent applications and licensing agreements. Courtroom and trademark experience is preferred. 

The second opportunity requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and a material science, chemical engineering, or chemistry background.  An advance degree in these disciplines and/or industry experience is preferred but not required. 

Qualified candidates should have prosecution experience for both opportunities and can look forward to a practice that will include extensive involvement in risk assessment analyses and opinion work, in addition to a baseline docket of patent preparation and prosecution.

Competitive Intelligence Analyst Cincinnati, OH

The Competitive Intelligence Analyst conducts competitive intelligence on companies, industries, clients and law firms to identify market conditions, trends, and opportunities for business development. He/She organizes research results into a focused collection, accompanied by explanatory notes to ensure material is readily understandable to the user. This person will create abstracts and summarize results to convey information in a condensed and user friendly format. In this role, the Competitive Intelligence Analyst will present results in the most appropriate format for the recipients and the project at hand, which can include presentation slides, spreadsheets or narrative documents. A component of this role also includes the monitoring of legal, business and news sources for current developments in practice areas, for clients and industries.
