With a long history of providing service to its clients throughout the Commonwealth, the firm has found Northern Kentucky to be a prime location with an unprecedented period of growth over the last few years.  The development of the waterfront area as a major regional attraction, combined with private investment committed to the construction of new downtown residential living units, has the region moving into the 21st century with a full head of steam.

Our attorneys serve the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions in all areas of tax-exempt bond financing, including traditional government finance, municipal leasing, school and educational facility bonds, housing bonds, and industrial revenue bonds. Our attorneys have approved in excess of $3 billion in obligations for various state agencies, and we consistently rank at the top of firms serving as bond counsel in the Commonwealth, according to the Thomson Municipal Market Analysis.

In addition, our attorneys have taken a leadership role assisting in the drafting and enactment of public finance legislation, including the drafting of the Short Term Borrowing Act, the Governmental Leasing Act, the legislation creating the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission and various acts dealing with Tax Increment Financing.

Located just across the Ohio River from downtown Cincinnati, Covington serves as a county seat for Kenton County and is the most populous city in Northern Kentucky.
