Biography
Adam focuses his practice on commercial finance and real estate transactions. His background includes representation of clients in a variety of real estate matters for commercial, housing, and land development projects from inception through closing. He communicates with clients throughout drafting, negotiation, due diligence review, title work, and closing in order to ensure no issue is overlooked. Adam also has broad corporate transactional experience including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and advising on issues related to corporate governance and entity structuring. His experience in this range of transactional matters allows him to serve and advise clients on the various complex or customary issues that arise during financing and real estate transactions.
