Breeze "Bre" Robinson

Biography

Bre focuses his practice on corporate and finance law, with a concentration on commercial lending transactions. Bre primarily represents lenders in connection with debt financing for multifamily housing, with an emphasis on loans insured by the U.S. Department of Urban Development and Rural Housing Services. He has experience with complex financing structures for new multifamily development including low-income housing tax credits, tax-increment financing, bonds, various state subsidiary programs, mezzanine and private financing.
