David M. Landis

Biography

David focuses his practice on business and commercial matters, both litigation and transactional.  He has served as counsel to both creditors and debtors in litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts in many complex and highly contested cases, including Chapter 11 bankruptcies.  He also has a strong background in business and asset sales, be they transfers free and clear of liens in bankruptcy court or sales of businesses outside the debtor creditor realm.   He has recently counseled a Florida based distributor of products with international customers in a sale valued in excess of $30 million.
