Joseph focuses his practice on estate planning, income tax, and general litigation. His experience includes practicing Criminal Law, Tax Resolution for Individuals against the Internal Revenue Service and various State Revenue Departments, Eminent Domain, Debt Collection, and General Litigation. 

He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and a Guardian Ad Litem through the Orange County Legal Aid Society.  Joseph received his J.D. from William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where he was awarded Highest Pro Bono Honors for 100+ hours of legal service while he was a student. He will graduate with an LL.M. in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law in December 2023, where he has focused on estate planning and income tax.
