Biography

Bob practices in the area of business planning, federal and state, estate and gift taxation, estate planning, probate, trust and asset protection planning. He advises business owners and professionals on business planning including tax matters and successor ownership issues. With regard to estate planning, he advises clients with a wide range of estate planning and tax related issues, including generation-skipping tax planning, GRATs, sales to grantor trusts, charitable trusts, charitable foundations and family partnerships. Bob represents trustees and trust beneficiaries in legal matters with respect to trust administration. He also represents executors and beneficiaries in estate administration and probate matters, including related income tax issues.
