Audrey M. Woodward

Biography

Audrey focuses her work on business, acquisitions, and securities. Audrey received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where her involvement included serving as a Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review, Vice Chair of the Student Legal Education Committee, a Senior Articles Editor of the Human Rights Quarterly, and a Legal Intern for the Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic. As a Legal Intern for the Clinic, she gained first-hand experience helping small businesses and non-profits with their legal matters.

Outside of the office, Audrey enjoys playing pickleball, rock climbing, and spending time with her pets and family.
