Biography
Caitlin focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, as well as a broad range of civil litigation. She advises clients on workplace issues, risk management, and compliance, and represents them in disputes involving employment practices, discrimination claims, and wage and hour matters. Her litigation experience also includes handling complex personal injury and liability claims.
She brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to her work, drawing on her background in defending businesses and professionals in high-stakes litigation. Caitlin is skilled in managing all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through resolution, and is adept at developing strategies that align with her clients’ goals.
While in law school, she held leadership roles in student organizations and gained valuable experience through internships and research positions, including work with a major healthcare company. This foundation continues to inform her thoughtful and thorough approach to client service.
