Biography
Christina advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, with a focus on litigation in both state and federal courts. Her work spans class, representative, and individual actions involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and employee misclassification. She regularly defends companies across industries such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing, entertainment, retail, and hospitality.
Her litigation experience includes handling all phases of a case—from early strategy and discovery through trial preparation and resolution. Christina frequently helps clients resolve disputes through mediation and arbitration, tailoring her approach to meet the needs of each matter.
In addition to practicing labor and employment law, she has worked on complex commercial disputes involving contracts, shareholder issues, intellectual property, and fraud. This broader litigation background informs her ability to navigate multifaceted legal challenges and deliver practical solutions.
