Christina is a seasoned civil litigator whose practice focuses on tort law with a particular emphasis on trucking defense. For companies in the trucking and logistics industries and individual clients alike, she provides the benefit and insight of more than two decades of diverse legal experience. Christina is proficient in boots-on-the-ground, rapid response, ensuring that evidence is preserved and clients have immediate support and representation. Her practice is built upon endless dedication to her clients, a tireless pursuit of truth, and a passion for oral advocacy. Working closely with her team and experts, Christina builds strong walls of defense from the beginning of a claim to best protect her clients’ interests.

In addition, Christina’s dedication and courtroom savvy have established her reputation as a committed and effective client advocate.  Known for her hands-on, client-focused approach, Christina believes that trust is the cornerstone of a strong defense. As a result, she has built longstanding client relationships, with some that span her entire legal career to date. This level of trust is attributable to Christina’s tireless consistency, which she maintains by personally preparing every case with a trial focus, which positions the case for the most favorable outcomes for her clients.

Christina began her legal career in New Orleans practicing maritime law. She eventually moved to Kentucky and joined a mid-sized firm, where she broadened her practice to general insurance defense litigation. Pursuing new opportunities, Christina practiced as a solo practitioner for many years, handling a wide range of litigation matters that included general insurance defense, civil rights cases and class actions, and high-end estate disputes and domestic relations. Without questions, Christina brings a wealth of litigation expertise and knowledge to the firm.

Outside of her legal practice, Christina is an endurance athlete, participating in long-course triathlons and marathon swimming.  She sees a powerful connection between the discipline, training, focus, strategy, and endurance required in both endurance sports and the practice of law.
