Biography

Dale’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, environmental and toxic tort litigation, and insurance coverage matters. His environmental litigation involves both plaintiff and defense representation. His insurance coverage involves work for insurers and some policyholder assistance, and covers the broad spectrum of insurance, including coverage opinions, coverage litigation, counseling, property and casualty, liability, bad faith, and contractual disputes.

He also has significant trial and appellate experience in federal and state courts. His litigation experience includes personal injury and death cases that have involved defective products, premises liability, road design, aviation, toxic tort, environmental litigation, insurance coverage, antitrust, mortgage banking, breach of contract, and fraud and distributor termination
