Daniel focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Before joining Dinsmore, he clerked for Judge C.J. Williams, of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa, where he gained experience conducting legal research, reviewing motions and preparing summaries, and assisting the judge with a range of legal matters. He received his J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law.
