Biography
Emmy's work focuses on tax and employee benefits matters. She leverages a down-to-earth approach to analyze complex tax and employee benefits issues while prioritizing each client’s individual business strategy. She is experienced in drafting formational and transactional documents for both for-profit and nonprofit clients alike.
While earning her J.D. at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Emmy gained valuable experience as a member of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic, where she served as legal counsel for startups, nonprofits, and student athletes alike.
