Gloria E. Park

Biography

Gloria advises clients on a wide range of trademark and copyright matters, helping them build, protect, and leverage their brands in the U.S. and internationally. Her practice includes trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, licensing, and disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). She works closely with clients from the earliest stages of brand development through registration and enforcement, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each business.

Her approach to brand protection is both practical and strategic, often involving formal takedown procedures, negotiation with infringing parties, and coordination with online platforms and domain registrars. She regularly handles matters involving digital content, social media, and e-commerce, and is adept at navigating the evolving challenges of brand enforcement in the online space.

In addition to her intellectual property work, Gloria has experience advising on broader legal issues that intersect with branding and marketing, including advertising review and compliance. She brings a thoughtful, business-minded perspective to her work, helping clients align their legal strategies with their commercial goals.
