Biography
Grace focuses her practice on civil litigation, primarily representing insurance companies, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex disputes. She has defended these and other clients against first-party bad faith claims and navigating construction defect matters in both residential and commercial settings. Grace also handles cases involving land title issues, trade secrets, and collections.
Clients appreciate Grace’s direct, solutions-driven approach. She prioritizes clear communication and practical strategies, aiming to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting her clients’ interests. Whether drafting persuasive motions, managing discovery, or engaging in negotiations, Grace provides her clients with a thoughtful and comprehensive perspective to every case.
With a strong background in legal writing and appellate work, Grace is well-equipped to handle matters at all stages of litigation. She is also known for her willingness to pick up the phone and have real conversations with opposing counsel—an approach that often leads to quicker, more effective resolutions.
Outside of her legal practice, Grace is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping. She is also active in volunteer work, including initiatives focused on women’s rights, environmental conservation, and youth education. In her downtime, Grace enjoys painting, embroidery, and watching films, and has even seen sixty-plus movies in a single year.
