Biography
Hakob focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing clients in matters ranging from business disputes to complex commercial cases in both federal and state courts. His record of success includes handling complex and high-stakes litigation for major financial institutions, corporations, and businesses.
Clients benefit from Hakob’s ability to distill complicated legal issues into clear, actionable strategies. His background includes work on cases involving contract disputes, tort claims, and regulatory matters, and he is comfortable navigating both courtroom litigation and pre-trial resolution efforts.
Hakob earned his J.D. magna cum laude from LMU Loyola Law School and served as a Research Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He also externed for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and showcased his advocacy skills at the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition.
Prior to law school, Hakob attended UC Berkeley, where he completed a B.A. in History and graduated with distinction. He also led the UC Berkeley Armenian Students’ Association and received the Hrayr Terzian Armenian Alumni Award for leadership and service.
