Jason is an associate of counsel whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has first chair experience handling all stages of construction and business litigation including drafting pleadings, drafting and answering discovery, taking and defending depositions, mediation, trial, and appeals. Jason has parlayed his commercial litigation experience to serve as fixer to startup companies with results oriented focus on cost effective litigation, early dispute resolution, and strategic pleading and motion practice. He received his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law.
