LaTawnda spent more than a decade building relationships in state government. She has experience in workers’ compensation and representing health care regulatory agencies. Currently, she focuses her practice on health care law and helps clients navigate the complexities of licensing and disciplinary actions.
An experienced litigator who has appeared in front of scores of juries and administrative law judges, she handles motions, legal research, and discovery. LaTawnda also seeks to avoid litigation where possible, through negotiations and creative problem solving, helping her clients reach desired outcomes without the expense and worry of litigation.
In addition, LaTawnda is an experienced appellate attorney. She has written briefs and argued in Ohio’s 2nd District, 4th District, 8th District, 10th District, and 12th District. She has also presented cases to the Ohio Supreme Court.
