Mark D. Blosser

Biography

Having served for seven years as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, Mark’s blend of legal and service experience provides his clients steadfast and focused guidance through complex litigation and tort matters. He uses the coordination, analytical and management skills he learned in the military to efficiently work through disputes and to effectively identify outcomes that appreciate and balance his clients’ legal interests with their business needs.

Mark takes an enthusiastic approach to every facet of a case with an analytical and strategic mindset to guide clients through litigation. Prior to joining Dinsmore, he represented clients in a wide variety of litigation while working at a regional law firm, ranging from premises liability to medical malpractice to easement disputes.  

While in law school, Mark developed a strong foundation for clear and persuasive advocacy and legal writing. He served as the source and citations editor for the New Mexico Law Review, was awarded a CALI Award in tort law, the Albert E. Utton Award for Excellence in Environmental Law and served as a legal writing teaching assistant. Mark later completed an externship for the Honorable James O. Browning at the United States District Court, District of New Mexico.

Outside of work Mark enjoys hiking, skiing, cooking, travelling and reading about history.
