Biography

Meghan concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, guiding clients through the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of a wide range of properties. She works with property owners, purchasers, landlords, and tenants to structure and negotiate deals that align with their business goals, whether they’re expanding operations, investing in new assets, or managing existing portfolios.

Her work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and license agreements, as well as conducting thorough due diligence. Clients rely on her to review title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports to help identify and resolve potential issues before they impact a transaction.

Meghan brings a practical understanding of the real estate industry and a detail-oriented approach to each matter. Her background includes experience in title insurance and federal litigation, which informs her ability to anticipate challenges and offer solutions that keep deals moving forward.
