Biography
Nick’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation and guiding clients through complex disputes in both state and federal courts. He brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to each matter, combining strong writing skills with a clear understanding of how judges evaluate arguments. Whether navigating pretrial motions or preparing for trial, Nick focuses on delivering practical solutions aligned with his clients’ goals.
Nick previously clerked for Judge Dana Kenworthy of the Indiana Court of Appeals and served as an extern for Judge Tanya Walton Pratt in the Southern District of Indiana. These experiences have provided Nick valuable insight into judicial decision-making and continue to inform his litigation strategy, particularly in matters involving appellate procedure and federal motions practice.
Nick has contributed to professional conversations around appellate advocacy, including speaking at a seminar focused on Indiana appellate practice and he remains engaged in the legal community.
Outside the office, Nick enjoys golfing with friends, playing tennis with family, spending time with his Bernese Mountain Dog, and collecting vinyl records.
