Olivia G. Goodwin

Biography

Olivia concentrates her practice on workers’ compensation matters, advocating for employers and helping them handle and strategically respond to complex claims and disputes. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail help ensure that each case receives the care and diligence it deserves.

Olivia is known for her responsiveness and commitment to helping clients understand their options and build confidence in their response to claims. Her approach is based on a strong foundation of client-focused service, and previous worked in areas involving long-term planning and protection strategies. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Olivia gained valuable experience at an elder law firm that specialized in estate planning and asset protection.

Originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, Olivia remains active in her community and enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and cheering on the WVU Mountaineers.
