She brings hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial. Rachel has appeared in both federal and state courts across Ohio and has successfully briefed and argued cases on appeal.
