Rachel E. Shonebarger

Biography

Rachel is a strategic advocate who guides businesses, fiduciaries, and other individuals through complex commercial disputes. Her practice centers on commercial litigation, including fiduciary disputes, contract disputes, and real estate litigation. From pre-suit counseling to trial and resolution, Rachel acts as a strategic partner with clients to develop creative, results-driven strategies tailored to their unique challenges.

She brings hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial. Rachel has appeared in both federal and state courts across Ohio and has successfully briefed and argued cases on appeal. In the process, she has built a strong base of experience crafting innovative arguments and delivering practical solutions in furtherance of her clients’ goals.
