Sarah C. Vollman

Biography

Sarah serves client employers in matters involving workers’ compensation and frequently represents employers in administrative hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission and in court proceedings throughout the state. Her practice and counsel are informed by a well-rounded background that includes experience advocating for both sides within the workers’ compensation system.

This foundation in both employment law and regulatory compliance provides Sarah practical insight into the challenges employers face when navigating claims, benefits administration, and workplace accommodations. Prior leadership roles in human resources, where Sarah oversaw large-scale programs across multiple jurisdictions, deepened her understanding of the operational and legal risks that employers face and how to best manage these risks.

Sarah is also committed to service beyond her legal practice. She has held leadership roles in several professional and community organizations, including the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group, LEGACY Leadership, Kenton County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
