With more than two decades of litigation experience, Steve concentrates his practice on general liability and personal injury matters. He has handled a wide range of cases, including wrongful death, trucking accidents, negligent security, premises liability, property damage, and insurance coverage disputes. Steve works with clients across various industries and takes the time to understand the unique aspects of their businesses. As lead counsel, he has tried multiple cases to verdict throughout Florida, bringing a practical and strategic approach to each matter

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Steve spent time at one of the nation’s largest insurance companies, where he gained a deep understanding of the business of insurance.  In addition, Steve has extensive experience representing clients in securities litigation, probate litigation, commercial litigation, and corporate transactions.    

Steve is also committed to legal education and has presented at seminars and continuing education programs for attorneys, paralegals, and claims professionals on topics ranging from federal practice to tort reform.

Outside of his legal career, Steve served as an Infantry officer in the United States Army Reserve, where he commanded a company of airborne soldiers. That experience continues to inform his leadership style and dedication to service.
