Joshua S. Rogers

Biography

Josh Rogers is the office managing partner of the Morgantown office for Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. His legal practice focuses primarily on family wealth planning, asset protection planning, probate, and closely-held businesses. Josh also has significant experience representing both individual and institutional clients in various types of civil litigation including will contests, trust construction actions, family and probate disputes, real property rights, corporate and partnership business disputes, and federal and state taxation appeals. He has planned and probated hundreds of estates, including significant estates with sophisticated estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax issues. Josh is a frequent lecturer at various trust and estate continuing education seminars, and for the past four years he has conducted the statewide probate training for all fiduciary supervisors and county clerks in the State of West Virginia.
