Adam H. Settle

Biography

Adam is an associate whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has experience representing creditors, third-party debt collectors, and buyers, and other businesses in consumer financial services litigation in federal and state court. Adam is familiar with advising financial service clients as to changing legal and regulatory landscape and other recommendations related to complying with federal and state laws and regulations, including publishing articles and blogs. Adam also handles all matters within the firm’s commercial litigation practice group. Adam received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
