Alicia Bond-Lewis Selected for 2018 LCLD Fellow Program and Metropolitan Club's Roebling Society

Alicia Bond-Lewis has been selected for the 2018 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), a national organization made up of the legal profession’s top general counsel and managing partners. Additionally, she is among 28 young leaders selected for membership in the Metropolitan Club's inaugural Roebling Society.

Bond-Lewis joins more than 200 attorneys as part of the 2018 LCLD Fellows. Launched in 2009, the LCLD Fellows program aims to increase diversity at the leadership levels of the nation’s law firms and corporate legal departments. Over the course of the year-long program, participants will be challenged to build relationships that enhance professional development, participate in corporate learning experiences, and sharpen leadership skills.

“As Dinsmore continues our relationship with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, I am honored to join the 2018 Fellows Program. I am connected to the mission of LCLD to promote inclusiveness and initiate change to create a more diverse legal profession," Alicia said. "I intend to use my participation in this program as a way to reinforce the concepts and opportunities provided by this prominent network.”

The Metropolitan Club's members come from a variety of sectors, including health care, media, business and nonprofit and were invited to participate in the Roebling Society based on leadership and contribution in the greater Cincinnati region. Founded in 1991, the Metropolitan Club’s charitable mission is to return its profits to the community. More than $1.5 million has been donated to non-profit organizations through the club’s Metropolitan Award Dinner and other activities.

Bond-Lewis is a co-chair of Dinsmore’s Minority Attorney Affinity Group and a member of the firm’s recruiting committee.

A member of Dinsmore’s commercial litigation practice group, Bond-Lewis represents banks, mortgage lenders, loan servicers and other financial entities in federal and state courts throughout the United States. She has served as the prosecutor for the City of Blue Ash and the Village of Silverton and is a member of the firm’s recruiting committee, as well as co-chair of its minority attorney affinity group. She is on the board of directors for YWCA of Greater Cincinnati, Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, the Federal Bar Association (Cincinnati/N. Kentucky Chapter) and active with numerous other civic groups.
