Caroline J. Elliott

Biography

Caroline delivers practical, detail-driven counsel to clients across a range of commercial finance and real estate transactions. She structures and negotiates deals involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, title review and both conventional and SBA lending—always with a focus on protecting client interests and advancing business objectives.

She represents commercial lenders, institutional investors, developers, and business owners in real estate financing and asset-based lending, offering clear guidance through each stage of a transaction. Caroline’s background in estate planning and litigation enhances her ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions that are both strategic and efficient.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and supporting Pittsburgh sports teams.
