Daniel S. O'Neill

Biography

Dan’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, municipal and economic development matters. Dan has represented developers and businesses in their acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial properties, assisting those clients with drafting and negotiating of agreements, due diligence review and various organizational matters. He has worked with both municipalities and developers in connection with local and state incentives, economic development projects, infrastructure development and general municipal matters. His experiences with municipal clients focus primarily on economic development projects, financing and incentives, but also include more general matters such as utility, zoning, police and fire matters and public purchases and sales.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Dan’s experiences also included various litigation matters and more in-depth corporate matters, based on his background in accounting. He received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
