Biography

David has tried to verdict more than 125 jury trials and defends cases in the practice areas of railroad defense, product liability, hospital defense, public utility defense, architects and engineers’ malpractice, admiralty, construction, and commercial litigation. In the last 11 years, he has tried 12 cases resulting in nine defense verdicts.
