2019 CDAO Certified Operator Training Program

Leslie Wolfe is instructing a group of construction & demolition debris (C&DD) facility operators on Ohio C&DD Landfill Compliance Monitoring at the first certified operator training course to be offered in this state. The all-day course was created by the Ohio EPA pursuant to ORC Section 3714.062 and will be held at the Grange Insurance Audubon Center in Columbus, Ohio. As of July 1, 2019, Ohio law will require all C&DD facilities to have a certified operator on site, or reasonably available every day during disposal operations.  Leslie has served as outside legal counsel to the Construction and Demolition Association of Ohio for over five years, and has provided regulatory counseling and legal representation to numerous C&DD landfills and recyclers across the state.
