Biography
Hayden focuses his practice on commercial litigation, helping clients resolve complex commercial disputes with clarity and strategic focus. Drawing on his background in applied psychology and federal clerkship experience, he brings an analytical lens to advise clients through litigation, from evaluating risk to crafting persuasive arguments and aligning legal strategy with client business objectives.
Clients benefit from Hayden’s ability to simplify intricate legal and factual issues and deliver practical, tailored solutions. Before entering the legal profession, he earned a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology, where he honed research, writing, and critical analysis skills that now inform his legal work. Hayden later clerked for Judge Greg N. Stivers in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
