Biography
Johnathan focuses on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications, particularly in wireless communications, business methods, and software-related technologies. With nearly a decade of experience as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, he has evaluated patent applications across diverse technology areas, including social networking, the Internet of Things, machine learning, and blockchain applications. Additionally, Johnathan has earned the Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) credential for proficiency and knowledge in the licensing and commercialization of his clients’ intellectual property.
