Biography
Justin delivers strategic, results-driven representation for individuals, small businesses, and national retail and hospitality chains facing complex civil litigation. His practice spans a broad range of disputes, including personal injury, premises liability, products liability, employer liability, property damage, and professional negligence.
With extensive courtroom experience across Kentucky, Justin has successfully argued dispositive motions, managed mediations, and conducted numerous depositions. His disciplined approach ensures that every detail is addressed, every question answered, and every strategy aligned with the client’s goals. Whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, Justin focuses on achieving outcomes that protect clients’ interests and minimize disruption to their business or personal lives.
Justin’s eight years of service as an enlisted soldier in the U.S. Army, including a combat tour in Afghanistan, instilled in him the ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a mission-first mindset.
