Dinsmore Adds Nationally Known Complex Business Litigator to Build on its Expansion in Northeast Ohio

Just weeks after the successful integration of a six-attorney cybersecurity and healthcare team to the Cleveland region, Dinsmore and Shohl LLP is making another strategic addition: litigator Nick Capotosto. A U.S. Air Force veteran and highly sought after for his experience in handling complex business and shareholder disputes, Nick’s legal acumen extends to defending product liability claims and includes extensive experience handling complex probate and estate litigation involving high net worth clients and closely held businesses.

Nick is making the move to Dinsmore, the first change in his 22-year career, attracted to the Firm’s entrepreneurial spirit and national platform. “Clients want full-service counsel,” Nick said. “They want access to securities and tax, labor and employment and a variety of practice areas. With Dinsmore’s proven reputation as a national powerhouse, I will be much better equipped to provide that.”

A Captain in the U.S. Air Force, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA from Western New England University and a Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
