Dinsmore Adds 2 Partners, Associate to Atlanta Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to announce Kelly Eisenlohr-Moul, Terry Finnerty and Brian Bonner have joined the firm, practicing out of its Atlanta office.

Eisenlohr-Moul is a partner in the Labor department and focuses her practice on employment-related litigation defense. She has extensive experience in cases involving trade secret, fiduciary duty and breach of restrictive covenants allegations. Eisenlohr-Moul also counsels clients on discrimination, sexual harassment and Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower complaints. She received a B.A. from Hollins University and J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Finnerty is a partner in the Labor department, concentrating on litigation and management labor relations. He counsels clients on matters including commercial contract disputes, business-related torts, unfair competition, and mergers and acquisitions. Finnerty also handles employment matters such as defense of discrimination claims, wrongful discharge cases, and wage and hour litigation. He received a B.A. from the University of Richmond and J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

Bonner is an associate in the Intellectual Property department, where he focuses on IP opinion and prosecution matters. He previously worked as a manufacturing specialist with Toyota and manufacturing engineer with Cummins Inc., providing him with mechanical and technical knowledge he is able to employ when advising clients. Bonner received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
