Marty Dunn, chair of Dinsmore's diversity committee, commented on the firm's decision to voice support for the transgender community by signing a letter drafted by the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund. The organization penned the letter following the leak of a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services memo that discussed narrowing the definition of gender to exclude transgender, nonbinary and intersex individuals.
