Martin Tucker Appointed to Kentucky Youth Soccer Association, Inc. Board of Directors

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s partner Martin “Marty” B. Tucker was appointed to the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association, Inc. board of directors for a two-year term.

Tucker will act as the secretary/director working with the strategic planning committee and human resources committee, further building his current role as Chairman of the Lexington Youth Soccer Association, Inc. Board and Club Director for the select soccer club Lexington FC. Tucker’s main goal is to continue having a positive impact on soccer not only in Lexington and Central Kentucky but throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
 

The LYSA/LFC is a non-profit organization formed in 1977 and has grown to be the largest soccer organization in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with almost 2,000 participants. It is unique to Central Kentucky, and it is the only organization that has programs for everyone. 

At Dinsmore, Tucker focuses on creditors’ rights with an emphasis on Chapter 11 bankruptcies and legal and business issues facing his lender/creditor/landlord clients.
