Biography

Patrick is a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex corporate and real estate transactions. With deep experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, he helps clients structure deals, navigate joint ventures, and manage complex agreements with clarity and precision. His work spans real estate acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, fund formation, governance, and buy-outs, always tailored to the goals of the client.

Before joining Dinsmore, Patrick led the real estate practice at his previous firm, serving clients and developing relationships across a range of industries, including real estate investment, manufacturing, software, transportation, and private equity. 

Clients rely on Patrick for his practical insight and steady guidance to see businesses through high stakes matters and day-to-day counsel. Regardless of the circumstances, clients appreciate his steadfastness, ability to simplify complexity, build consensus, and recommend legal strategies that align with their business priorities.

Outside the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
