As a result of the #MeToo movement, many new laws, regulations, and workplace policies regarding sexual harassment have recently been enacted. Consequently, we’ve seen an increased number of claims involving harassment.
Due to the sensitive nature of these claims, some courts and the parties involved may favor mediation. This can be especially true with claimants who are minors or victims of prior abuse. But mediating these claims requires a different approach.
