Rachel focuses her practice on complex litigation, advising and representing clients across a diverse range of disputes. Her experience includes litigating contract, construction, tort, and employment disputes. Rachel also has significant experience with judicial review and declaratory judgment actions related to zoning and tax abatement issues. She has counseled and advocated on behalf of individuals, small businesses, and large global companies in high-stakes lawsuits.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Rachel gained valuable experience at a litigation-focused firm in Indianapolis. Her well-rounded experience includes her representation of various clients in Indiana’s state and federal courts, including her efforts to help obtain a $3.4 million jury verdict in the Marion County Commercial Court. Rachel also enjoys representing clients in appellate matters and has experience arguing before the Indiana Court of Appeals.

Rachel takes pride in serving her clients as a creative and practical problem-solver. When it comes to her representation philosophy, Rachel believes exploring alternative dispute resolution is often in her client’s best interests. To that end, she prioritizes clear communication at all stages of a matter to understand each client’s goals, and to provide aligned legal strategies and bottom-line considerations through a cost-benefit analysis approach.

In her free time, Rachel likes to give back to her community through volunteer and service work, including serving on the Park Tudor Alumni Board of Directors.
