Biography
Tanner focuses his practice on bankruptcy and financial restructuring, guiding clients through Chapters 7, 11, and 13 proceedings. He advises a wide range of clients, from small regional businesses to national companies. He represents both debtors and creditors, helping these and other clients reach outcomes that best support their unique goals and focus, from recovery to reorganization to resolution.

His background includes clerkships with Judge Edward B. Atkins in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and Chief Judge Gregory R. Schaaf in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, where Tanner gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and the inner workings of complex financial cases.
