Melissa Spievack and Tom Westerfield are participating in an event with the Evelo/Singer/Sullivan group at Merrill Lynch on the deal economy.  Brooks Gallgaher of Bank of America will be leading the discussion on the current M&A market, and discussing their private sales referral network, which connects private business owners with vetted investment banks to allow them to consider their options with respect to an eventual sale of the business.  Melissa and Tom will be participating in the round-table discussion with Brooks and David Singer about the intersection of the M&A market and the importance of succession planning from the business and the estate and tax planning side.
