Arie’s recent successes include obtaining summary judgment in the Northern Federal District Court of West Virginia for a president of a county board of education in a lawsuit that alleged the president intimidated and harassed another board member, and winning a defense verdict in a two week medical malpractice lawsuit in southern West Virginia.
