Adam S. Fox

Biography

Adam focuses his practice on commercial litigation.  Originally from Charleston, he graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of the nationally ranked Moot Court Team.  While in law school, he was also a member of the University of Florida men’s club soccer team.

Following graduation, he practiced law at a defense firm in Orlando, Florida, where he represented physicians, nurses, hospitals and other health care providers primarily in medical malpractice claims and lawsuits. Adam returned to West Virginia to serve as a term law clerk for the Honorable John T. Copenhaver, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Honorable Frank W. Volk, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of West Virginia.
