Evan represents clients in a variety of business-related matters and delivers a strategic approach to ensuring regulatory compliance, addressing disputes, and overcoming legal challenges. He handles complex licensing, contract, collections, employment, and civil litigation matters, and has significant experience representing individuals and businesses before federal, state, and local administrative agencies and courts.
